Refund Policy
We offer refunds for services that have not yet been rendered. To cancel or modify an order, please contact our support team via the form on the Contact page.
You may cancel your order if:
- You notify us within 15 days of the purchase date that you no longer wish to use DTL Center services.
- You have not yet sent your biological sample for analysis.
To request a refund:
Contact us via the contact form or by email at info@test-dna.it, providing the following information:
a) Name of the DNA test *
b) Amount to be refunded *
c) Phone number *
d) Full name *
e) Reason for the refund request *
*All fields marked with an asterisk are required.
We will receive your request and review it within 5 business days.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
A refund will not be issued if:
- More than 15 days have passed since the order date.
- Your sample has already been received for processing.
Delays in Laboratory Processing
Processing times may vary depending on the laboratory workload and the quality of the sample.
Delivery dates for results are estimated and not guaranteed.
Delays do not qualify for a refund.
